Artist Development, Launch Strategy & Merchandise Rollout

Objective: Provide end-to-end creative, operational, and strategic support for an independent music artist’s merchandise launch and content releases, ensuring brand consistency, legal protection, and market impact.

Key Contributions & Project Scope:

Project: Custom Open House Flyer Design (2 Pieces)

The Ask:

A busy real estate agent needed eye-catching, professional flyers for two upcoming open houses. The goal was to attract qualified buyers, convey property value, and maintain a consistent brand presence across both listings.

The Solution:

Brand Alignment

  • Incorporated the agent’s existing brand colors and logo for consistency.
  • Used clean, sophisticated typography suitable for luxury real estate marketing.

Visual Storytelling

  • Designed layouts that let high-quality property photos take center stage.
  • Created visual hierarchy that guides the eye: Price → Photos → Key Features → Agent Contact.

Key Information Architecture
